Stone House Retreat (Antica Fattoria di Pietra) is a country house (gay and lesbian guest house, gay and lesbian accommodation, gay getaway, gay lodging, gay resort) overlooking the beautiful valley of "Bagno" and the medieval village of Parrano in Umbria, with our closest neighbour being the famous Tuscany (Italy), that accommodates mainly the gay and lesbian community GLBT (gay friendly).
Sitting on three hectares of natural grassland, incorporating an olive grove and fruit trees, it is surrounded by unspoiled woodland with spectacular views towards the picturesque castle of Parrano (dating back around 1000 years).Positioned perfectly for the must-see destinations of Rome and Florence (for gay Italy travel, gay Italy tour, gay holidays, gay destination, gay vacations), we are situated within 10km of major motorways and train stations, however still maintaining the seclusion and tranquility of a totally rural environment in fact is a agritourism, (agrotourism).
Within less than a 70 km radius, we have such impressive cities as Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Orvieto, Cetona, Montepulciano, Todi, and Spoleto, just to name a few. Also within this area are important archaeological sites from the pre-roman (Etruscan) period, as well as the natural beauty of Monte Amiata in Tuscany, lake Bolsena and lake Trasimeno. For example you may wish to visit places such as Sorano, Sovana, Pitigliano to marvel at this history and beauty with your own eyes. Should you wish to have an escorted tour to such places then we would be happy to arrange everything for you.In the summer months, the perfect opportunity to mix with the locals is when most of the surrounding villages hold their individual open air festivities providing food, wine and music! 

For our guests we have three independent suites (self-catering apartments, gay accommodations, bed and breakfast, inns, resort, vacation rental) all on ground level and each contains a double bedroom of generous proportion, private bathroom, kitchenette, dining and sitting areas with double sofa beds in two of these apartments (b&b gay). Outside, each suite enjoys private access via its own alfresco dining area.

Stone House Retreat (Antica Fattoria di Pietra) ist ein Bauernhaus (gay schwul und lesbisch Ferienhaus, gay Ferienhäuser, gay Ferienwohnungen, gay Fewo) im Raum Orvieto (Italien) in der Nähe des kleinen Mittelalterlichen  Dorfes Parrano mit dem Monte Amiata und Monte Cetona in der nahen Toskana am Horizont, ideal für schwule Männer und lesbische Frauen.
Umgeben von einem Olivenhain und Eichenwäldern inmitten unberührter Natur genießen wir eine wunderbare Aussicht über das Tal von „Bagno“ und die Burg von Parrano welche aus dem Jahre 1000 stammt.
Auf halben Wege zwischen Florenz und Rom gelegen, in einem 10 Kilometer Radius zu Bahnanschluss und Autobahn  haben wir eine ideale Position um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Umbrien und der südlichen Toskana zu erkunden.
Innerhalb von 70 Kilometern liegen eindrucksvolle Städte wie Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Orvieto, Cetona, Montepulciano, Todi und Spoleto, um nur einige zu nennen. Aber auch der Naturliebhaber kommt auf seine kosten mit den Seen von Bolsena oder Trasimeno, dem erloschenen Vulkan Monte Amiata mit seinen heißen Thermalquellen oder die Eichenwälder des Monte Cetona, Monte Arale und Monte Peglia.
Geführte Touren und Besichtigungen mit Auto oder Eisenbahn können bei Voranmeldung arrangiert werden. Wir arrangieren auch Shuttledienste mit den Bahnhöfen von Fabro oder Chiusi-Chianciano, unserem nächsten IC Haltepunkt. 
In den  Sommermonaten sind die vielen Dorffeste ideal geeignet sich unter die Einheimischen zu mischen und die typischen Speisen der Region auszuprobieren.

Alle unsere Ferienwohnungen haben ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Kochgelegenheit mit Esstisch und Sofaecke mit Couchdoppelbett.
Für die kälteren Monate haben alle Wohnungen Zentralheizung.
 

Stone House Retreat (Antica Fattoria di Pietra) est une maison de campagne (gay auberge, gay agritourisme, gay gîte rural, chambre d'hôtes, gay maison de vacance, gay b&b, hébergement) surplombant la vallée du Bagno et le village médiéval de Parrano en Ombrie, tout près de la Toscane (Italie) idéal pour gay et lesbiennes.  Au cœur de trois hectares de prairies, d'oliviers et d'arbres fruitiers, elle est entourée de forêts authentiques, avec une vue spectaculaire sur le magnifique  château de Parrano (datant du XIe siècle).
Parfaitement bien placés pour aller à Rome et Florence, les incontournables, nous sommes à moins de 10 km de l'autoroute et d'une gare, tout en bénéficiant d'un environnement rural  tranquille et isolé.
Dans les environs, à moins de 70 km, se trouvent les villes prestigieuses de Sienne, Pérouse, Assise, Arezzo, Orvieto, Cetona, Montepulciano, Todi et Spolète, pour n'en citer que quelques-unes.  On trouve également  des sites archéologiques importants de l'époque étrusque, ainsi que les superbes Monts Amiata en Toscane, les lacs Bolsena et Trasimeno. Vous serez émerveillé par exemple par l'histoire et la beauté de Sorano, Sovana, Pitigliano.

En été, les fêtes des villages alentour vous donneront l'opportunité de rencontrer leurs habitants dans une ambiance musicale et gastronomique

Pour nos hôtes, nous avons trois appartements indépendants; chacun est composé d'une spacieuse chambre double, une salle de bains privée et un coin cuisine et salle de séjour avec un canapé à deux places.
A l'extérieur, chaque appartement dispose d'une entrée indépendante et d'une terrasse pour dîner en plein air. Pendant la période hivernale, chaque appartement bénéficie du chauffage central.
 

Stone House Retreat (Antica Fattoria di Pietra) è un casale di campagna (casa e appartamenti per vacanze gay friendly, agriturismo gay, b&b gay, viaggi gay) da cui si gode un bel panorama sulla valle di Parrano in Umbria con, sullo sfondo, il monte Cetona e il monte Amiata nella vicina Toscana ideale per la comunità gay e lesbica.
Situato in un podere di tre ettari coltivato in maniera biologica  con olivi e alberi da frutto, è circondato da una foresta di querce.
Dalla posizione si può godere la bella vista del castello di Parrano (fondato nel 1000  d. C.).
La collocazione è perfetta per le destinazioni di Roma e Firenze poiché siamo a 10 Km dalla uscita dell'autostrada A1 e dalla stazione dei treni. Viene garantita comunque la tranquillità di un luogo di campagna ad una certa distanza dai centri abitati.
Entro un raggio di 70 Km si possono visitare le città d'arte di Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Orvieto, Cetona, Montepulciano, Todi e Spoleto, solo per citarne alcune. Sempre entro quest'area si trovano importanti siti archeologici del periodo etrusco; le bellezze naturali del Monte Amiata, del lago di Bolsena e del lago Trasimeno. Inoltre, per esempio, potete visitare posti come Sorano, Sovana, Pitigliano in cui godere la storia con i propri occhi. Se volete è possibile organizzare delle escursioni guidate per voi in questi posti.
Nei mesi estivi avete l'opportunità di partecipare nei paesini dei dintorni alle feste all'aria aperta per gustare la cucina locale, il vino e la musica!

Per i nostri ospiti sono disponibili tre miniappartamenti tutti al piano terra costituiti da una camera doppia di ampie dimensioni con bagno privato, un soggiorno con divano letto doppio, angolo cottura e zona pranzo.
