Apartments & Tariffs
For our guests we have three independent suites all on ground level and each contains a double bedroom of generous proportion, private bathroom, kitchenette, dining and sitting areas with double sofa beds in two of these apartments. 
Outside, each suite enjoys private access via its own alfresco dining area.
For the colder months, each suite is centrally heated.
You may prefer to stay in the “Lavanda” (Lavender) suite (50 sqm), or in the “Girasole” (Sunflower) suite (45 sqm), or in the "Papavero" (Poppy) studio (40 sqm)  tastefully decorated in gentle tones of the corresponding flowers that have become synonymous with this area through spring and summer.
With the gardens now established and pool area completed our guests can enjoy secluded spots located around the property.
  • "Lavanda" being the largest has views of the gardens and of the valley to the south and west.
  • "Girasole" is located in the oldest part of the house and boasts views of the gardens to the east and also fantastic sunsets to the west.
  • "Papavero" is an independent studio with views of the valley to the south and a spectacular outlook to the pool.

Lavender  suite (50 sqm; max occupancy 4 persons)
Sunflower  suite (45 sqm; max occupancy 3/4 persons)
Poppy  studio (40 sqm; max occupancy 2 persons)

Terms & Conditions
Confirmed reservation necessary in advance.
Adults only (our property is not child friendly), no pets please.

Check-in time after 3 p.m. / Check-out time midday with some flexibility upon request.

We are closed from November to February.

Prices are based on double occupancy per apartment, per night (minimum 3 nights)
Tax included

* Price includes:
Complimentary tea, coffee, espresso, and other essential condiments.
Bottle of wine on arrival, breakfast basket for first morning.
Pool towels, linen, hot water and fan.
 Free Wireless Internet connection 24 hours  
Self-service washing machine.

* Price does not include:
Final cleaning (obligatory) € 40,00
(for stays in excess of 1 week an extra charge of € 40,00 for linen change and cleaning).
Breakages or damage to property.

For other services such as personal laundry, shopping services, daily housekeeping or transportation services extra charges apply accordingly.
 

Payments
 To confirm your reservation we require the payment of a deposit (being 1/3 of total accommodation cost) to be paid as soon as practicable after making your reservation (within 7 days or automatic cancellation).
This payment can be made in either of the following ways:

  1. Credit card (please send full name, number and expiry dates as appears on the card) 
  2. Bank transfer (bank details available upon request)
  3. Postal note
     
Cancellations
 Should you unfortunately need to cancel your reservation within one month of your booking, regrettably we can not refund your deposit.
However, should you cancel at least one month before, then we will happily refund 50 %  of your deposit.
